Key items from the menu include the tongue-in-cheek Heart Shaped Sushi Roll (Wasabi Lobster Salad, Avocado, Kelp Seaweed Paper), Kobe Sirloin Steak & Half Lobster (Shishito Mashed Potatoes, Truffle & Yuzu Butter Sauces) and Pan Fried Fanny Bay Oysters (Watercress Salad, Meyer Lemon-Wasabi Caviar).
