KCEP has an annual membership renewal cycle. New Membership and Renewing Membership Donations (excluding Monthly Sustaining Memberships – “Monthly Membership“) provide a member with 12 months of membership benefits to KCEP.
Members can renew their membership 3 months prior to their membership expiration date. A donation made more than 3 months prior to a member’s expiration date (or within the first 9 months after a member’s New or Renewing Membership Donation was made) is not considered an “early membership renewal” – it is considered an Additional Gift.
If you have a question about the status of your KCEP Membership, please contact the KCEP Membership Department via e-mail at email@example.com, or by phone at 702-648-0104.
Additional Gifts of $60 or more are eligible to receive a Thank You Gift and are automatically entered in all available KCEP sweepstakes – however, they do not extend the length of a membership (with the exception of a Membership Upgrade).
Additional Gifts are donations made more than 3 months prior to a member’s expiration date (or within the first 9 months after a member’s New or Renewing Membership Donation was made).
Although members can renew their membership only once a year, they can always give an Additional Gift as many times as they like. Some members even give each pledge drive to take advantage of the great Thank You Gift!
Depending on the amount, a donation will upgrade a member to a higher level of membership for one full year if it is both of the following:
- made within the first 9 months after a member’s New or Renewing Membership Donation was made
– equal to the full amount of the next level of membership, or any other higher membership level
Refunds and Thank You Gift Exchange
All contributions to KCEP are non-refundable.
Thank You Gifts may be ordered at the time of donation and may be exchanged only if defective or sent in error.
